For gift certificates, you can stop by the restaurant in person or send an e-mail with your name, recipients name and amount of certificate to chef@schoolhouseatcannondale.com.  After sending the e-mail, please call the restaurant after 12:00 pm on Wednesday through Sunday with your credit card information.  Your certificate will be sent via e-mail.
